Stop drinking alcohol, beer &amp; soft drinks.</p>\n<p>Rather, try to replace your rich foods with green veggies. Try to eat at least 200-300 gm green veggies every day. But if you are a meat lover and can’t stop eating meat, then you can add some lean protein with meat. Add extra salad &amp; nuts in your menu.
