It&#8217;s actually true because carrots contain Vitamin A which improves our eye-sight. Eating carrots can help prevent exophthalmia which results in night blindness or inability to see in low light in the dark.</p>\n<h2>Carrots to lose-weight</h2>\n<p>Carrots are low in calories. A cup of carrot contains only 50 calories.
